Installation

This guide will help you set up your PandaGarage board. When you buy the board, it comes pre flashed with the latest firmware.

There are two methods to set up your device:

  1. Using the web installer
  2. Building and flashing the firmware locally

The driver installation is optional, because the host os should install the driver automatically.

Web Installer

  1. Install the CH343 drivers.
  2. Connect your PandaGarage to your PC using a USB-C cable.
  3. Open the Web Installer.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Local Build and Flashing

To build and flash the firmware locally, follow these steps:

  1. Download or clone the repository.
  2. Open the project using PlatformIO and VS Code.
  3. Install the CH343 drivers.
  4. Connect your PandaGarage to your PC using a USB-C cable.
  5. Build and upload the filesystem image.
  6. Build and upload the firmware.
