When you're on this page, the setup was done successfully. You will now see the connected network name, the device IP address and the default password to login into the WebUI. After you have noted the details, press "Restart now". The device will close the hotspot connection and will connect to your local network after restart.

Now navigate to the shown ip address or access it using http://YOUR DEVICE NAME.local or if its the only PandaGarage on your network by entering http://pandagarage.local.
